Hey everybody
Im having a LOT of trouble with Photoshop
Is there any other simple and easy programs that would 'HELP'?

What kind of trouble are you having?
Gimp 2.6 Way better than MS paint. Free and Simple 
@ Brick8 I cant seem to get onto the text tool and It keeps on opening a new Project

I recommend you use Paint.net its free and its a lot better then MS Paint.
As quite a few people have said already, GIMP is a really good program. If you want something simple, Paint.net is good. However it isn't nearly as powerful as photoshop or Gimp.

How is learning a new program from scratch going to be easier than learning how to fix two simple issues with Photoshop?

just search youtube. there's plenty of basics on there. as far as I know, it's not too different than photoshop

No, because you haven't described what the problem is. What do you mean you "can't get onto the text tool?" Are you clicking on it, and nothing happens? Are you able to select the tool, but it won't let you create a text box? Does the mouse refuse to move over it and screaming sounds come out of your speakers when you try? And when does it "keep opening a new project?" Every ten seconds? Every time you click the mouse?
If you give us a more detailed explanation of what's going on, we might be able to help you. I said this before, and I'll say it again--giving up on the industry standard paint software and learning a freeware program from scratch just because you ran into a few oddities is borderline ridiculous. You'll run into quirks in GIMP, or Paint.net, or anything else you try, and if you give up and move to a new program every time you run into something you don't understand, you're going to run out of programs before you complete more than a project or two.
