Can I ask, How you keep your lighting so good. When I look at my animation, Some photos are alittle out of focus, The lighting changes? Cheers Its in a corner away from windows, 2 Lamps, with 2 bulbs each.

What's your lighting set up? How many lamps? Any windows nearby?
The focus problem will be because you have either not turned the focus ring and focused the image, or you have autofocus.
