Re: need advice for my set

So you want my professional Criticism (Spell Check mini/rolleyes )  here goes nothing and everything

The couch/sofa is WAYYYYYYY to big, build on a 3 by 8.
Yellow and brown? It looks like a just crapped in a toilet. Lol.
Black and white? ONE COLOR, MAN. mini/eek
-------------------------------------------------
Ok I'm done, No hard feelings, Lol. Nice set though,  just in need of a few minor changes, The color didn't bother me that much, Just wanted to yell something else. mini/lol

Re: need advice for my set

Some people have to make do with the Lego they have, ABF. I don't think the colours are a problem. The furniture is pretty big though.

The only way to tell if the set works for your film is to point a camera at it and see what it looks like through the lens.

its pretty awesome: the colors are good for an ofice or waiting room or living room. I must disagree with apple, because real homes are usually painted with these two-tone thigns. Thumbs up! mini/yes

Re: need advice for my set

Re: need advice for my set

Hmm I really think the red added a cartoon atmosphere to the environment, however it's still a nice set nonetheless. Though I have to say, the furniture is quite blocky, so you might want to touch that up with a few tiles here and there.

Re: need advice for my set

It is better than the first one, though personally, I like both. I happen to like the sheer simplicity of the set that we don't normally see these days.

Re: need advice for my set

It looks nice. You might want to add some props and accessories to give it a 'lived-in' feel.

Re: need advice for my set

It depends on wat the character who lives there is like. If he is more eccentric, keep the 1st. if he is normal use the 2nd,

They say a picture says a thousand words. But Images Help says to have a link to the image. And I don't have time to put it on a website now.

mini/blankexpression Don't bump dead threads - please - for the sake of this website. Plus the film is already made. I really don't think Stan cares anymore.

Re: need advice for my set

Yeah, the movie has been finished already.

Anyway, it's not a good idea to keep posting on unnecessarily bumped threads, or it just stays up for a bit longer, just ignore it.

EDIT: Yes, I do realize I posted on an unnecessarily bumped thread, but it was already on the top of the list anyway. mini/tongue

That was noticeable from the beginning. Glad it's gone.
Now let's let this thread die again.

EDIT: Yeah, I know I am posting which keeps it at the top though it was already at the top so not much difference.

Re: need advice for my set

I would add a T.V, and maybe some flowers/plants.

I'm working on getting my studio back up and running, so stay posted...

Re: need advice for my set

Anteater, did you not just read all of the comments above? The film is already finished so he doesn't need critique on his set anymore.
