Topic: Can I get the same result as the Quickcam with the Webcam Pro 9000

I have the Web cam pro 9000 which I got for Christmas even though I wanted the Quickcam. I have heard a lot of things  bad about the Webcam but what I want to know is there really a difference. Do you think the differences matter for brick filming.? Can I get the same result out of a brick film with the Webcam as top brick filmers like nxtmaniac and EmmaExecute who use the Quickcam? If you can please answer these questions for me.

If you're getting it from Amazon, order it now.

You'll get an early version which is the new camera with old software.

i.e: FTFW.

The same thing happened to me and so far I'm pleased with the results. I think it's pretty much the same thing

Yes. The old software is better, because you can adjust the white balence.

You can adjust the white balance in the newer one.

OK I have the CD, But it is the new one. And The option (Spell Check?) to get the old software is unknown mini/blankexpression So is there a way to do this on the new Webcam Pro software? Oh and quick question. It doesn't matter that much what version of the software you have as long as it works. I'm not sure the older software is available for the webcam anymore. mini/sad for the white background just use a bent white piece of paper and maybe fiddle with the exposure a bit.

I haven't noticed anything wrong with my Webcam Pro 9000 photos and photos taken with the Quickcam by other brickfilmers.

For a start what camera are you using. That could be a lighting problem as those lines may be light flicker. I don't no what you mean by "if the sensor broken?". I'll try help. mini/smile

That happened to me with my Webcam Pro 9000. This is most likely because your White Balance is on Auto. Uncheck the Auto box, and you should have no problem mini/smile
