Making a Horror Movie with your buddy KinzCove

*We all know I love the Horror genre? Amirite? So I wanted to create one of those funky 'project update threads' all the hip brickfilmers are doing for my TOY entry!*

Project Name: THE RED RIVER FLOWS
Project Theme: Horror/Thriller/Mystery/Disco
Project Time Period: 1720s
Project Plot: Two girls in colonial Massachusetts get themselves into a life changing situation as they find their lives at risk due to their new residence, a coven residing in the woods.

The script for the project is in the early stages. I did finish an outline for the film
recently. I showed the lengthy outline to a few people. (Those willing to waste 10 mintues
of their lives reading it.) I got positive feedback, so I am pretty confident the script will come
out good also. Basically I'm still in the beggining of the script, Scene 3. The scene is hard to script
since there is only one character in it and he is basically snooping around. I am determined though
to finish the scene.

The bank in the new Harry Potter alley set looks like it'd be good as the French Police Station in
my film, with a few modifications ofcourse. Sets i'd imagine would be the hardest part of this project, so
I'm keeping my eyes open for various Potter and Medieval Village themed sets to use in the film. Also the orange torso's in the Potter set would be mega-sexy in a French Masquerade party scene.

It's good to see a new film from you, even if it's the same horror-religious thing. You better have a lot of money saved up, that set's 150$!

As terrifying as this is, mixing your old obsession with your new one, I will follow this.

Re: "That's Groovy!" : Making a Horror Movie with your buddy Kinz!

Was this the project you were discussing in the chat about?

Re: "That's Groovy!" : Making a Horror Movie with your buddy Kinz!

Nah, the project I was discussing in chat before is Live-Action, though this project will borrow some concepts from the live-action plot and ideas.

Very groovy.

UPDATE:
I have now chosen a different idea to use for my TOY entry. A story inspired by the Salem Witch Trials, but not a film about them imparticularly.

Too bad, I was looking forward to a version of Tituba

Re: "That's Groovy!" : Making a Horror Movie with your buddy Kinz!

There will be a character inspired by Tituba possibly.

Re: "That's Groovy!" : Making a Horror Movie with your buddy Kinz!

Sounds groovy.

UPDATE:
I'm up to page 16 in the script. There will be a lot of women voice actors required for this film, so spread the word. mini/wink

Groovalicious. You should ask Brick7 and thefourmonkeys if they want to do some roles, they're good voice actors.

EDIT: voice actresses
