Topic: What is the best length for a brickfilm?
Some prefer to do short 1-3 minute films and others prefer to do 15 minute+ films.
But I want to know which you would rather see and which you would prefer to make?

You could have asked this somewhere else, instead of creating a new thread, but what's done is done.
In my opinion, 10 minutes is on the limit of being long, and unless you have extremely good story telling skills, cinematography, and animation never attempt anything longer than that- no one will watch it.
3-5 minutes are average, and about how much time the average person would devote their attention to as long as its mildly interesting or well done.
However long it takes. Just write a script, and animate. Don't think about how long it will take. Compressing or padding will completely ruin the movie.
Depends on what you have to say.
It really depends on the story you want to deliver.
If the story a meaningful ode, 3-5 minutes, tops.
If you just want to deliver a short joke and/or want to go for the LOLWUT factor, 30-45 seconds.
Or, if you want to be really, really ambitious, make a really long script, and produce the film over the year. You'll want to aim for 10-17 minutes there.
Brickfilms don't really need to be certain length, you just have to go with how long your video ends up being.

Agree.
All lengths are the best for any brickfilm.
I'm not a big fan of short brickfilms (the ones who last like 10secs-40secs.) I prefer seeing good, entertaining brickfilms which can be up to 15 minutes cause if it's too long it might become boring unless it's action-packed. So yeah um best length is 3-15minutes ![]()
4-5 minutes. I don't mind short films, as long as they are not pointless
