I'm in need of a good video editing program/software. I have a Dell computer running windows XP so i can't buy Final Cut. I got money now from working and i was wondering if anyone here in the forums has any idea of how good Premier really is? I would like to know because i'm going to need something other than Windows Movie Maker for my BiM 2011 entry.
Well worth it.
We use it at college, it's an extremely good and powerful piece of editing software. Have you looked around at other editing software? I'd recommend you look into Sony Vegas.
it's like a gillion times better if you get it with the production premium and if you're a student, you can get it for much cheaper.
I already have Photoshop and so i would like to know if you can add effects into Premier like After Effects but then also make professional titles. Whoosh, adobe make to many products 
It's a great program, but if your computer can't handle it, it won't work.
I got ae and premier this christmas but i cant find some tutorials on premier for me 
I used Vegas once from a friend but crashed my computer and it wasn't that good so no vegas please!
And also i don't think i'm in a major movie making buissness so i don't think i need Production premium just yet. I'm looking and premier pro though i have about $300 so i am trying to find a good link to buy it a little cheaper
okay everyone I made up my mind and got it, so in this thread I guess you can just talk about adobe premier
