i just got a mac but i am having trouble finding a camera that is good but within 0-150 if needed 200:o 
but i hope somebody can help me.

That was a post that didn't help at all Realbrick.
Anyway, your best bet is a mini-dv camcorder with firewire if using a Mac. You can get a Panasonic PV-GS320 on ebay for 100-200 bucks. If you have some spare cash though, get the AC adapter so you will not have to recharge every time the battery runs low.

i was wondering if there is software that i can use to control the focus and stuff [of a Quickcam Pro 9000]

not for the quickcam no
but try Istopmotoin for a different camera
i basicly really need a camera i am hoping i could use a vision pro if i had auto focus off
