Dose anyone know of a stop motion software that can line up the sound with the film like in WMM because this helps me a lot to fit movements with the sound.

Have some patience young one. Not everyone is online and answering questions on the forum at the same time as you, and appearing impatient does not make you look good.
Dragon Stop Motion offers this. Stop Motion Pro may, but I'm not sure.
SMP does this, but I highly recommend both SMP and Dragon. Both have some fantastic things included that really help in the animation process.
Also be patient, for one of my threads it took a few days before getting replies, not to mention you only waiting a few hours

Sorry I just got done animateing a film and im looking forword to start editing it.
I think Helium Frog can with the lip sinking.
