Question: can I upload my video in 640 x 360 to save time and post it Unlisted on Youtube, then delete it and post it in HD afterwards?
There's no backup because most people wanted to be able to enter. In the future we should have a backup person who is sent a .zip'd txt file of the announcement, which is password-encrypted, and a second person who only knows the password. They could then, together, get the announcement posted in a situation like this.
Anyway it's possible NXT is an hour off or something, if that's the case I'm sure we'll be compensated for lost time (though not lost sleep 
)
THAC 3 had a 2-hour delay on the start time.
