I have tried to make one in blender, but It just messed out.

Really? Not going to show him how to make it? Just do all for the work for him? Not going to at least see how his attempt in Blender turn out and give a few pointers? Just make the mesh model for him?
Could at least show him how you made yours, i.e. drawing one half of the bullet's outline and using a 360 spin with 32 steps on the Y-axis it.

I can't view it that well in blender
I did one before in Maya for a school project. I made the bullet myself but used a texture from Video CoPilot's 3d bullet effect tutorial.
what format do it have to be to get it in after effects, Shovel?
well, as far as i know, after effects can't import 3d models. you need to render it out in blender with an alpha channel and bring it back into after effects. if you're totally lost, i'll give you step-by-step instructions with pictures.
