I think London would be your better bet on this one, It had more people, and frankly it was more of a city then.
Dublin wasn't really like London, it was much smaller. Most people were fleeing Ireland in the 1800's because of famine.

But...but you just...th...that ruins the whole location thing! If you don't want accents, set it on Neptune!

My point was, if he doesn't care about accents, then it shouldn't matter where he sets his film. He has voided this entire thread with a single post.
