hello great community of brickfilmers i was wondering if you could help with the following problems, i do apologize for my rude behavior in the past, but im past that now : )

4. no inspiration

i do hope i can get these solved thanks! mini/bigsmile

Re: actual animating issues

We'll be sending out a team to negotiate with your parents and local school system on those duties unfairly impressed upon you.
Don't worry, casualties will be minimal.

Re: actual animating issues

answer to all- look at other peoples' ideas and take 'em. mini/bigsmile  lol. Jk- don't do that]. i usually get all my inspiration in school (mostly history) so i might make a little spoof of what actually happened in history. jot down everything (AND I MEAN EVERYTHING!) that comes to you mind. that way- later on you can combine some ideas into one. that's how i do it- or i draw. That gives me a break to think- then while i'm in the middle of drawing, an idea would come to my head- so i modify my drawing so that way, when i get home, i have an Idea mini/bigsmile . this may not have helped you, but it certainly helps me.

Re: actual animating issues

i still need help with the others mini/confused

Re: actual animating issues

All the things you just describe are up to you. If you don't have much time, plug away at your projects a bit at a time and make sure you use your time well. If you're not motivated or inspired, well, there's not much I can do for you.

take a nap. i love naps... maybe that'll help your writers block or whatever else happened.

Re: actual animating issues

I've had a long writers block, but I have now found my style of animation. I am now doing fast paced animation, because I was inspired by how fast in the old pokemon games people could walk, plus bodville/pe668. Find your animation style, that way you will have fun doing it.

Re: actual animating issues

Does anyone know of any photocapture programs for the mac and not pc because I can't find any free ones

Re: actual animating issues

Well, there are a few free ones for Mac. Check the free software list to find them. However, I've tried most of them and I really don't like the free ones, but then again, I've never tried any of the ones that cost money, so I'm clueless beyond that point.

Welcome to BiM! Since you're a new member, I recommend you read this thread to know everything you need to know mini/wink .
As to you're question, it might be better to ask it in the Software and Hardware sub-forum, as well as The Free Software List to see what's right for your computer.

Re: actual animating issues

Inspiration? What I do is think, "What kind of films can I do with the bricks I have?". After I have a basic idea of the genre I then just keep on thinking along those lines and I usually come up with a film. I also think about what kind of films aren't made much. That is how I thought of making the film I have up now about a Mad Scientist. You just don't see many of those up. (At least compared to the thousands of Batman films that are up.) mini/sad

Re: actual animating issues

I've seen films that were filmed with a QC9P. Some of the comments I saw said shaky cam and there actually was shaky cam in it. How do you manage to have shaky cam when you're filming with a webcam? You aren't even touching it when you film.

So yeah, I'm back from my mind.

Re: actual animating issues

It can be added in post production, or you can build a special cradle for it.

Re: actual animating issues

i just "accidentally" bump my webcam pro 9000. though i don't actually attack it to the studs with my cradle- i hold it up with blue tack.
