I'm trying to make some Lego smilies for the BiM stock o' smilies. I need to know how to make a GIF in PhotoShop Elements 4. Pictures or video tutorials would be most appreciated.

No, that was pretty funny. 
What's obnoxious is to make a thread in the community forum of a LEGO movie site asking how to do something not related to the site, when you could have put the thread title into Google and the top result would answer your question.
Usually I disapprove of LMGTFY, but when you can find the search result within Google, its appropriate.
Well, why do you make these forums admin?
What is the point if people don't answer others questions.
And Jargon, why post a less-direct result with "LMGTFY" than just post a link to the direct link?
Mods need to be more helpful, and less obnoxious.

i actually feel the same way about the mods. it's as if they go all-out-mod on us and don't help.
Wow. I posted that LMGTFY link to make a point, namely that all it would take for goldencamerastudios to find the information he was requesting we deliver to him was one simple Google search. You may not like the way I made my point, but sometimes a little sarcasm goes a long way in illuminating lazy behavior.
Problem solved, flame war commencing. That'll do folks.
