With lots of small parts it's much better to contact people with the right voice than to throw it open to everyone. You'll never get any response otherwise.

Ok. I'll try.
Bartender: A bartender that gives Wallace information. [Small/medium part]
Bank Teller: A bank teller. [Small part]
Sailor: A rough sailor. [Small part]
Above are parts I'll do. I can change my voice accordingly (rough voice for sailor, nerdy or buisiness like for the bank guy).
I can also do any other part if you wish, including the female voices if you don't have anyone to do them (my voice hasn't changed yet).

I think Hazzat is a pretty cool guy. eh gives out advice and doesn't afraid of anything.

There are still two big parts open. I have some guys looking at them. The first to it gets it!
