Topic: Change the colour of a brick?

Hey!

I don't have many LEGO bricks. I find them expensive to buy, especially if it's a certain type.
I recently saw that someone posted something saying about how to change the colour of a brick in After Effects. But since I do not own it, I was wandering if anyone knew how to do this in Sony Vegas?

And before you say "go on youtube and find out", I have. Yet these videos are no use, because it simply chooses the colour of brick, and changes it, while also making everything other than that brick, Black and white...Any help?

Do the exact same thing Shovel Pounder said. It's extremely easy, just key out the color bricks you want to change, and use a background image that's been color corrected to make the bricks look a different color. I'd bet that you can do that in Vegas also.

No, not unless you changed the brick color so that you had the mod element colours where they wouldn't be in the raw footage.

Yeah...and that didn't work. If I color correct it to a whole different color, it looks, well...It doesn't match mini/tongue

I'm not sure if you understand it right. You key out the one color, and have a separate video clip beneath it that is color corrected.

Oh ok, I'll try that. But, lets say it's a red wall, then you can't have other parts of red in that scene mini/blankexpression
