I've never used it, but I'm guessing VIMEO?
Vimeo is a good one, but youtube is the most used, and most watched. I believe flickr also hosts video, but I don't know the quality, as it is an image sharing site. Flickr will also have very few to no brickfilms on it. Other brickfilms can be found on different websites, but I don't know any.
There is DailyMotion.
