Topic: Light Flicker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am having really terrible light flicker problems. I do have paper over my lamps, and blacked out windows, But I'm still having problems.
Does anyone have any advice?

the Nikon D5000
Un-auto the White Balance if you haven't done so.
And wear a dark shirt, preferably black, if you can.
and longsleeve
If you have a good, small fan in the room. It gets hot without the long sleeves.
Make sure you take a picture when your hand is not at all near your set, haveing your hand over the set my cast a shadow.
It would probably be best to go in a room without windows at all, but if that's not possible try to block the windows of completely, so that when you turn of the lights, you can see absolutely nothing. As people have said, your shirt or your arm could effect it. Make sure any object that could move in any way near your set is made immobile. Hopefully some of these help. ![]()

One thing I do to reduce light flicker, is put up a large poster board, like you would use for a display behind the set. This really cuts down on the light flicker.
