Re: The Video Game Discussion Topic!
I was thinking about getting it, or shall I get Modern Warfare (CoD 4)?

I'm getting an XBox 360 soon and I need some ideas for T-rated games. (Yes, I know, I'm fifteen and I'm playing T games.
)
So far I've got a few games on my list:
The Force Unleashed 1&2
Batman: Arkham Asylum
Halo: Reach (My parents are okay with the rating.)
Don't waste your time on The Force Unleashed, especially not the second one. Your second and third choices are great.
i use my time on the forced unleashed to crush my cousin in duel mode. lol

Do whatever you can to convince your parents to let you get Red Dead Redemption. Best game I've played in years.
It's a shame for you because most of the great quality games on Xbox 360 are M-rated.
I guess this looks like good fun. I had the first one on Wii, and enjoyed it.
I'm thinking about getting an Xbox 360 soon.
And trading in my Xbox.
And getting HALO, best game eva!!!

We're going to be getting a 360 for Christmas, and the only games I plan on getting are Mass Effect 1&2, probably because I'll be to busy sinking into Fallout and getting my ass kicked on Gran Turismo 5, because I suck at racing sims. It looks so damn sexy though.
I'm probably going to get Call of Duty Black Ops soon, the campaign and the multiplayer look cool, but what I really want is the zombie modes, they look awesome!
Disney Interactive Studios has revealed that it's set to bring the swashbuckling world of Jack Sparrow and friends on a collision course with everybody's favourite block-based toy in the form of LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game.
Developed by Traveller's Tales, it's the latest in the LEGO video game series that's so far seen outings for Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Harry Potter and Batman, and it's set to arrive alongside the forthcoming movie Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides in May next year.
It promises LEGO-ised versions of familiar stories, characters and locations from the Pirates universe and features "pirate adventure, irreverent humor and amazing creatures of the Pirates of the Caribbean films" across over 20 levels and co-op play.
LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game is scheduled to release on Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PSP, DS and PC.

I suppose this shouldn't really come as a surprise.
I will continue to be dis-interested until they drastically change the gameplay so it's not like playing the same game with a different skin.
Just like they drastically change the gameplay in each Halo game? Or almost every other game franchise out there?
Yeah, it's hard to make big changes to franchises (especially to big franchises) where it could make lots of people angry.
Such as the changes they made from all the original lego games, to lego indiana jones 2 really made me mad.

From what I've heard, Alan Wake is fun, and so is TF2 (If you play this on Xbox, you need a Live account for it to be fun). Also LFD 1 and 2?

Sure is!! My XBOX comes with Alan Wake, don't know if I should play it, I'm not too interested in it.
Play it.
If you're into a good storyline, you will love it.
I played at my friends house it was epic.
Portal 2 is being delayed till April of next year. I'm gonna go cry now.
I'll join you. Can I borrow your shoulder for a minute or 30?

I'm just waiting for a Halo fanboy to swoop down and flame you for daring to challenge the GWEATEST VIDEOGAME FWANCHISE THAT EVAR LIYYYYVVVVEEEEDDDDDDDDD!!!!!
But your right - although I do wish the Lego games slightly altered their formula beyond complete all levels, get all the studs, get all the minikits, and buy all the characters. Although the Indiana Jones 2 DS game does this somewhat.
Online Multiplayer LEGO character deathmatch anyone? ![]()
