this site has some bigs like the boxs that you tipe in all all jummed up on each-other.
The avatar thing is your browser cache. The boxes issue occurs in some versions of Internet Explorer, unfortunately it's been very difficult to get the site to be completely compatible with Internet Explorer because they use different standards for displaying pages than all other browsers.
