Can someone make a minifigure with those pants and torso, except the torso being plain black, and a head like this:

Not to be rude about it, but, can't you? Flip a torso around so only black shows.

Did you hear what Jargon said? You may also want to upload the picture to a website in order for it to work- you can't use it from you computer's hard drive.
you need to upload it to an image hosting website.. i prefer imgur i also recommend the beginners guide but just as well, the BBcode guide
