the quickcam should have all of these effects, while the webcam does not

You really are a stupid child.
I gave you the choice to have a decent video camera set up, set up exactly as a Webcam (which is completely the wrong type of camera, yet the propaganda is still abound about it) and you turned it down.
So instead want a low quality camera, designed for low quality web feeds.
