You lie.
I can't even begin to imagine how much that would cost.
o rly?
Well, that seems cool, didn't know you could do that.
Hmmmm, all that only for one films seems odd
Post pics?
1. How'd you order the Lego? 2. You said you got it wholesale, I'm not sure I understand.
Anyways, congrats on getting that much Lego!NXTManiac
1. I contact LEGO by Phone
2. Wholesale is the same way stores by buy products. The store buys the products in bulk and the prices of them are cheaper. This is how stores make money.
Holy cow! That's amazing!
That's one heck of a lot of bricks. Have you put the money through, cause if not, I'm starting to get skeptical.
Yeah, but have you paid for them?
Ya if you buy LEGO wholesale it’s much cheaper but you have to buy a lot of LEGO.
Not too long ago, I tried to purchase a substantial amount of bricks from Lego.com for a 'personal project' my better half and I were working on. I asked if a wholesale rate was available since the number of bricks I was purchasing was quite a large. Not only that, I spoke to the nice people at management because I was a frequent customer and explained what the project was. In the end, they didn't give me the discount.
It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. A short time later, I found much cheaper rates on bricklink and ebay.
(No hard feeling TLC. I did go to you first after all.)
After reading your posts and what I went through, I find your story a bit hard to swallow.
Now my question to you simpsonking is what made your situation so special that you were able to get a discount?
That works out at £55,674.62 - GBP
Seriously you have just under £56,000 to spend on Lego !!!!
Come on
$125,000 AUD
You have that much to spend on Lego?!?!
I look forawrd to a few pictures and if you don't mind, could you post a picture of all of the bricks next to a piece of paper saying "simpsonking"?
I'm with Riley. I know that if I had that amount, even though I'd spend a fair bit on Lego, I'd have the sense to invest some at least.
