Dr. Twinkle's end-of-the-year hot chocolate/dress like your living in the 1930s party quickly came to an end, when the hot steam bellowing from Mr. Snurf's mug wafted across his cheap costume store-bought mustache, leaving mental and physical scars for life...

OK, can no image editing be a new rule? Seriously, it's cheating. It's not fair to go in and add details to the picture so you can make a joke about them while those of us with imagination try to come up with something from the original frame.
There's nothing stopping you from editing the picture, by all means. make it super silly in Paint!
