Right guys, it seems like everyone is finding it hard to reach this deadline, and quite frankly the entries received on YouTube are quite bad, no offense to anyone, and this wasn't implied for everyone. So I have a few options -

1. Extend the deadline, and extend the judging time also.
2. Cancel the contest, and make another one with a Christmas theme or something.
3. Leave it.

I'm honestly a bit disappointed, but I'd still like to hear what you guys want. Personally I'd consider 2 the most, but as I'm not the one entering I can't speak for you.

I'm afraid I can't make it to the deadline. I'll try, but I suggest you extend the deadline to Halloween. That might help. I like this competition though.

I wouldn't just cancel the contest, I think it had a great premise, and I suspect there may be a few good films that are still in the works. If anything, I would say to extend it a few more days and move judging back.

And I'm definitely not saying this because I plan to enter.

I'm working on an entry.  I have about a minute of animation filmed.  I would love more time, but I don't feel that it would be fair to others who have already entered, like Emma.

You really should extend the deadline, don't just cancel a contest that al lot of people are still working on, and don't leave it if you think the entries are rushed. Extending is probably the best opinion of the 3.

BTW, Emma, that was amazingly good, I loved it to the very end. Great job with the ghost!

Alright, thanks for the responses, and so I think it's in everyone's best interests to extend the deadline to the 31st of this month. Hope this can help everybody, looking forward to seeing everyone's entries, and I hope you can make it Daniel (You too, BuilderBrothers!)

Holy crap! It wasn't the 31st of October?! I was counting on it being on Halloween this whole time. I definitely wouldn't have made it if it wasn't a least then, I'm a little less than half way done on my film right now.
Lucky me.
