Now I know its not as effecient to just get the model from LEOCAD so i want to model it myself. the only problem is how do i. i know ho to model but cant seem to find a background image to model off of. What are the best techniques to appraoch this?

Re: Modeling A Minifig In Blender

Yes, the LEOCAD minifigs fail.  I've taken that model and improved it as much as I can.  (the face still needs a texture)

Anyway, here's the download link: http://www.mediafire.com/?c0oc4ww37tukrw5

and here's a face texture: http://www.openclipart.org/image/800px/ … _happy.png

oh, i forgot to say, i set up the whole thing with parenting and stuff, so if u grab the torso, everything moves, if you grab the arm, the hands move ect.
