but, it seems like this podcast isnt ONLY for voice-acters. with is cool 
but, LucketMassa, are you sugesting that we all (who´s getting choosed) are gonna al get on skype, and hold a "meeting" about the show?

I think this is a GREAT idea, but I've got a few points:
(all of these are based off of the podcast on a different forum I'm on)
Only 2 hosts usually isnt enough. It depends on the length of the podcast your going for. For the other forum i'm on, they release a 30 min - 45 every sunday (although they've gotten very lazy about it lately). The only reason I'm subscribed to it on itunes is becasue of all of the different people in it. When you stick 4-7 people on a skype chat, all freely talking, it get VERY funny, and a joy to listen to. Also, the hosts have to be at least slightly known and respoected around the forum.
You need definate sections. IE: Upcoming films, upcoming contests, set reviews, upcoming sets, random, site news, etc. I would love to help (i'd gladly do set reviews), but only if you take my idea of multiple hosts. I have a good quality microphone, and am free most times. I just don't feel like recording a test atm =]
Editing. I know this is what kills the other forum's podcast. When you have a good quality podcast, it'll require some heavy editing. (ie: music, bleeping, trimming out boring stuff, etc). I'd also gladly be the editor, I have sony vegas pro 9 platinum whoosywhatsit.
