You'll have to do more than that once someone volunteers. For one thing, you've failed to specify camera angles, what exactly is this house supposed to look like, etc. You could have your CGI guy build a two story mansion and you envision something smaller. Maybe the hill is too tall or too short. Or the CGI guy excludes a front yard or gate and you say you want a gate after the fact and the CGI guy has to start over.
Essentially, it would be helpful if you had pics or vids for the CGI guy to reference. I've helped people with their effects and I've gotten specific details from them (including shot by shot descriptions, storyboards, etc.). It would help both you and the person working for you if you're both on the same page.
We cannot see what you envision. For example: you could be envisioning this but the CGI guy creates this and if that's not what you wanted, you just wasted the guy's time when you weren't specific enough.
If you're fine with your broad, generic description, you'll get what you ask for but you may not get what you wanted.
