We are a friendly filmmaking community devoted to the art of stop-motion animation using LEGO® and similar construction toys. Here, you can share your work, join our community of other brickfilmers, and participate in periodic animation contests!
A place to discuss, share, and create stop motion films.

HOLY CHEESE!!! THAT IS SO DARN AWESOME!!! W00T!!!
Niiiice. I like the thing about SpiteYourFace (I think that's who they said) was thinking about making a full feature length film with Lego. That would definitely be quite epic.
Hmm, didn't even know GMA was on weekends.
Pretty nice. They seemed to show quality stuff, and I liked that they had some lesser known films as well.
sweet, Peeron should be happy
Reminds me of i-Caught's take on Brickfilming (notice they never mentioned the word "brickfilm" in the segment). In fact, it sounds like this got the consent of The LEGO Group.
I agree. It even looks like they also made a minfig rendition and animation of one of the hosts.

Gotta tell ABC that they're called brickfilms

They didn't say "brickfilms" on purpose. It's copyrighted, isn't it?

No, the genre IS brickfilm. It is a brickfilm. Only to include it into a URL or COmpany-Name is copyrighted.
You can alway say "I make brickfilms"
WHY DID SHE HAVE TO SAY "LEGOS"?!? THE PLURAL OF LEGO IS LEGO, DAMMIT!!![/rant]
Cool segment. I noticed how they only called the minifigure "minimen" in it.
This is really interesting.
I think we should have more contests so that we can make great films that catch the public's eye.
