Ok so Sean I have a few questions!
1. In my movie I show up in one of the shots (not by mistake) and I have writing on my t shirt is that ok?
2. Other writing shows up in my movie but it has nothing to do with the movie. ( im filming around my house.) is that ok
That's fine, Eddie. As long as the text showing is not dialogue (which by the sounds of it, it is not) there should be no problem. Sounds like you have an interesting piece coming together!
Thanks it's almost done. I just need to add some music and I'm ready to go. Hey! I made used a pic of your logo and put the url on that pic. It's not clickable but it stays on scree for a good 7 secs. Is that ok with you?
I'm not sure what you mean by "made a used pic" of the logo, but as long as either the Brickscope logo or Brickscope's URL (or both) are shown in the credits it will be fine. Seven seconds is ample.
Hey I've found out how to get awesome quality on my webcam!(Logitech Quickcam easy/cool):) It's not HD,but its very good:P About 70% of my
animation is done,now I need to start editing! YAY!:D

I think I've just started making a sort-of-last-minute entry.
Good to hear MadLibs. Btw does anyone know if the old Brickfilms.com sounds are good to use for this? I really don't know where to get some uncopyrighted free music. 
Would it be OK if there's a billboard with text on it in the background? Because the billboard has nothing to do with the story, and the theme is to tell a story without words.
Film 10 seconds of my animation yesterday. My animation is really good on the this one, however I have some light flicker problems to work out.
If the text has nothing to do with the story ad is not replacing dialogue, it should be fine, Studiol30.

Fair enough. I actually wanted to know if you could use the Brickfilms.com sound effects. That was my mistake for saying free music, I've already got something from Kavin MacLeod for this.
Either that, or if anyone else knows where to get some good free sound effects? Which can be used for this.

Freesound.org is the best for free sound effects, you just have to register. Its all free
