Macs are the best. You can get Final Cut.
Anyways, I doubt there are any good free ones for PC at all. If you come to a bit of money I'd say probably Sony Vagus.
but i'm saving up for this camera. but i can't find it for cheap anywhere (cheapest i've seen was like 250 dollars....) or i could just ask my aunt if i could borrow hers.... ![]()
*bump*
and yet i have another question on a video editing software.
I just downloaded the trial version of sony vegas pro 10. IT'S AMAZING!!! my issue is, is that it does not tell how long the trial lasts... does anyone know?
30 days
awesome! because it doesn't have a water mark or anything ![]()
can you save a project????????

I didn't actually imply it was free. I simply said that Final Cut was your best option, and that there aren't any good free ones for PC.

mmhhhmm. it's perfect (except for the 30 days) it's exactly like the full version- it's just cut short in time. it's also 200 Megabytes, which took a while for me to download (20 minutes)

Don't assume things, there are plenty of amazing ones for PC + Mac.
Get Premier (Old version) cheaper.
I really enjoy using Sony Vegas Movie Studio 10 HD Suite. Although it isn't free, the price is actually very good. For under 100 dollars, you get the Main Editor, DVD authoring software, Audio Editor, 1,001 sound effects, and many different soundtracks.
You can use Windows Movie Maker still.... just make the video add a music then import the pubished file then
add another sound/ music ![]()
I thought you were happy with AVS Video Editor 5.1?
