If he doesn't do so by tonight, Max is in charge of posting a frame before tomorrow night...if he doesn't, then DerTarchin has 24 hours to post a frame...AND IF HE DOESN'T...then, and only then, can anyone post a frame.
I'm getting all that from the rules on the first post of this entire thread.
This frame is more focused on making fun of the scene unfolding in the back, with the gun and the robber. Hope to see some interesting entries.
