Watch out for Brickyman. Hope this doesn't base around the 1960s Batman. Also, I've started an hour+ long film. Its been 3 years now, 20 minutes done, 3000+ pics, and its not even a specific frames per second.

Thunderbolt probably was exaggeration, he'll understand how hard it is to make an animated movie as long as 40 minutes.
Unless he has a very low frame rate, then yeah he could probably make a 40 minute film but that would still take a long time.
Actually it may even take longer...
