I think I've got like chronic tiredness or something. Everytime I lay down in a couch or bed I just fall asleep, even during the day. Just now I was watching an extremely awesome movie but I fell asleep, and I had like 2 cups of coffee. Meh.

Hmm, if you're just falling asleep whenever, I would go see a doctor about it. That's just dangerous.

Are you going to bed early enough?  I read somewhere that teenagers/young adults actually need MORE sleep than kids a few years younger because their bodies are going through tremendous growth and changes, yet teenagers/young adults get notoriously little sleep.  Maybe you should try getting more sleep at night, then you won't fall asleep so easily during the day.  I remember as a teenager I often felt like I could have slept all day because I was often up very late at night!

Of course, if you just suddenly fall asleep while working or talking you could have narcolepsy and should see a doctor right away.

Apparently you can become more exhausted if you don't exercise enough, which is why I'm going to start swimming more often.

Doesn't it make sense that you get tired easier if you don't exercise enough? The more out of shape you are the less energy you have. What are your times for swimming Littlebrick? As a competitive swimmer that swims for my senior high I'm naturally interested.

Hey, all, my friend from real life just joined, EpicHobbyist! Check him out on YouTube www.youtube.com/EpicHobbyist. If you like any sort of hobby, like Fingerboarding, Dominoes, Stop-Motion animation (Lego/clay/paper/whateverelse- mation), remote control (like me) and most other hobbies, check out his channel. He'll be posting many videos soon, but for now, he's trying LEGO animation, and he seems pretty good.

DOUBLE POST: I have been getting countless questions and I plan to answer them here, unless someone has a better place for me to post them.

I do use WMM, but I DON'T animate at 8fps. Yes I do hate 1-9fps animations. I animate at 16fps. Yes, 16. Thanks to a trick Dog taught me. I am still getting used to 16fps, so some parts may be too slow/fast.

Also, I check my BiM messages, YouTube PMs, video comments and my channel comments constantly so feel free to contact me anyway. I am not like some YouTubers who never check their channel comments or messages.

No, it's only when I lay down. The weird thing is that I don't feel tired until I lie down, but then I can suddenly feel exhausted in a matter of minutes.

No, it's definately not narcolepsy, as I only fall asleep lying down. I have about 5 -7 hours of sleep each night. I did have a period where I slept for only 3 nights a week, or only 3 hours a night for about a month, 2 months back. And my age is 17, in case that's relevant.

I ride about 20km with my bike each day and do other sport activities too, so I guess it's not that.
I do have ADD, a feature of ADD is that we're often very tired because of enormeous thought flow and a bunch of other things. I'm not sure that's it though.

It's an old trick and doesn't make you any cooler. You're missing out on all the animation-specific features in actual animation software (which is built for animation so it's better for, y'know, animation).

Vik, based on your age, you should be getting more like 10 hours of sleep a night (at LEAST 10 hours is what I believe the article said).  Add that to the ADD, and you are really not getting enough sleep at 5 -7 hours a night.  Since you are so active, your body denies the fact that it is tired (doesn't feel tired) until you slow down.  Then, wham!  It says, "Hey, I need sleep!" and you fall asleep.  If you try to go to bed earlier and get as close to 10 hours as you can, your unwanted naps will probably stop.
