I'm assuming "Blah blah blah, mumble mumble grumble" would be acceptable, right?
Okay, What if a guy is writing in a journal, Does that count? like the words could appear at the bottom? Is that okay?
as long as they're not clearly being used to tell the story, as a substitute for dialog
So it saying something like "We recently got a report that all comunications are out, Me and Dave are investigating" Or some such is okay? just to make sure.

That sounds like plot to me. As in, it's basically trying to get around the no dialog rule. So you might want to avoid it.

I'm so angry at myself for not filming anything today. 
My film is 33% done, I've given some sneak peaks to some people 
. I hope that my film accomplishes good work

O sadness. I have so many great songs for brickfilms now, but they are all copyrighted. One scene requires that one song that is copyrighted. I forgot about it when I wrote the script, and its crucial to the plot. Sad face.
no excessive violence, so there can be violence but they cant be extreme right?
