well, I realy want to do 24fps but sometimes I must have running. some of you know of a good solution?
You should ask mobiledeli, he'll know.
Maybe a good place to start would be 20fps, get good at that, then move on to 24. I asume you have mainly used something like 15 before, so maybe try something half way. That's what I'm gonna do, 20fps does work better than people think (I know, I've used it before). 
but I use stop motion pro v7. and it is not possible to have 20fps.

yea! use that method but add smaller, extra frames to slow it down with 24fps
i did this quick test run at 24fps.
