Topic: 24 fps question

Can someone please post a nice tutorial for walking and running in 24 fps. I'm asking this because it is more professional and smooth (if you do it right) for a video.

Re: 24 fps question

DO NOT TRY IT. Look at Mobiledeli's thread on his egypt film. He's filming in 24 fps, and he said to everyone NOT to try it, someone asked the same question as you.

Hope this was [a warning] helpful. mini/tongue

Re: 24 fps question

I don't get what's so bad abou 24fps, I'll occasionally try out 30fps for a shot. And I will only shoot in 24.

Re: 24 fps question

right now i mix between 24 and 15 FPS. I use 15 for walking, and 24 for almost everything else.
When my next film is done you can se the difference.

But these should give you an idea on what to do

Re: 24 fps question

i made two tests at 24 fps, each covering things like jumps, walks, pans, driving ect. Here are the links:

Re: 24 fps question

I just use 12fps, it's a happy median between being able to speed-animate (without which I wouldn't have ever made a brickfilm, because I get bored very easily mini/tongue) and still make good films.
