No scrolling signatures are allowed for the same reason we don't allow .gif signatures, or signatures of sizes exceeding 400x100- it's just distracting, and has major potential to become annoying. When the rules were written we didn't use the scroll bbcode, so there isn't anything specifically stating that it is not permitted in signatures, but regardless, use of the function is prohibited.

yea.... the only animated BBCodes that know of are scroll...

Seriously! Quit arguing with Mods, and quit posting every minute! GOD! It's so annoying! You're starting pretty bad in this community. And if you don't take this in mind then you shouldn't belong on this site. I mean you're a good brickfilmer but your persistant, annoying, and disrespectful attitude must stop. Last time the scrolling fad came around, it was mutually agreed. It's not written anywhere, but please just listen.

I thought Sméagol removed the scrolling feature a few days after he put it in.
