A robot that comes to life when a mad scientist loses his mind and goes crazy making the machine. The scientist does whatever it takes to build this robot that only one man can stop! 
That could be good although I haven't thought of any details
I think a good Epic drama would be, Final destination 4 
but really one guy could have a vision that his school would be bombed so he tells his classmates not to go into school...
then it does blow up and death hunts them down one by one and so on...
Anyway, instead of a gypsy, it can be a machine that predicts the future, or they find codes from their own selves from the future left behind for them to read, or a fat monkey with crash symbols yelling peoples destinies off of peoples feet wrinkles. I dunno do what you want!

Oh god... Can you please just think of your own idea?
Simple, just do what I do. Listen to classic music. Then draw several images of what you visualized in your head during the song. write a story that explains those images and you're done!
instead of classical, listen to these.
It'll help with epic, dramatic, whatever.
Legionaries my man Legionaries
The governement creates these super warriors (yes i know cliche) but they were originated from marines. The legionares were made to kill but soon they start doubted their creators after all they were origannly real people. They start corrupting the governement out of spite and they try to return to their normal lives but are rejected from society for their existence. All they want is to be normal but their killing machines. Soon they live poorly doing mercanry work her and they but there main goal is to corrupt their creator for vengeance
Its not that good but i thought of it the minute i read this topic.
The idea makes me think of the Spongebob Squarepants episode when Patrick and Spongebob get stuck in a valley, and a crazy old guy tells them to eat or be eaten.
So let the gypsy be their mom...
