I have a partner "branding" problem
When I go to "Branding Options" then to "Video Page Branding" to change the little image you see over the video, but whenever I load an image THE RIGHT SIZE it never shows up. Check any of my videos and you'll see my problem.
Anyone know what I should do?
How does one post a "brand" or however you say that

I believe YouTube made some options (like the banner and auto-playing your featured video) available to everyone rather than just to partners.
I don't know. I do have autoplay... but i can't find any setting for the banner, and the internet isn't helping. And no one answered my "branding" question yet...
You have to be a partner. My question was towards other partners.
I don't know, but maybe they're over the maximum file size, if there is one. Compressing it into a GIF might help if this is the case.

@Daragh - We think DerTarchin means to ask why Fancypants does not have adds on his channel and yet he still has a banner.
I have another question, and once again, I'll use Smeagols website as an example. Look below the main video viewing section, there should be a section called ---NEWS--- (people name it diff, but this is Smeagols). What is that, how do I put that section in, and is this yet another thing you can only have if you are a partner?

Adverts are optional when you're a partner, but without them you won't make any money.

We have a question: We are trying to upload a video of ours to Youtube. It is a Windows Media 4.8 Mbps HD-24p video. The problem is that, after we upload it to Youtube, the music skips several times at the beginning of the film, resulting in the sound being totally messed up. Is there any known fix for this?
EDIT: Nvm. Fixed.

Anyways, my views have been going up. 
Views on Home for Supper went from 380 to 456 overnight.
I also gained 14 subscribers over the past two days.
