Lol, I can't wait for THAC 8, it'll (obviously) be my first THAC. I don't know if I want to participate, or watch the madness? But I can't wait!
I spent 14 non-stopish hours working on my last THAC entry and it turned out quite good. I'm gunna see if I can beat 14 hours for THAC 8

No, it's never the same. It has a different theme every year.

No. The concept of THAC is the same every time: A theme is announced, then people have 24 hours to deliver a film. The theme is different every time. Apart from the theme there are also mod elements: certain shapes or colour combinations that have to be included in every frame of animation of the film to ensure it was made in 24 hours.
THAC 6 was my first THAC, but I ignored 7. I'd love 8 to be early January, but on a Friday night. If it's a Saturday night, I need to get up the next morning for church. I guess I could do Saturday though. My mum doesn't really mind me staying up until 23:30-0:00 at night.
Judging by the latest trends, it will be from Sunday 3rd to Monday 4th of January 2011. That doesn't mean it will be though, so don't mark your diaries.
I hope not =p because my school comes back from Christmas break then and I cant afford to miss school.
Erm, that post seems to have been a bit wrong seeing as Sunday 3rd 2011 doesn't exist. What I should have said was Saturday 1st-Sunday 2nd. This probably won't be as likely though because people will be recovering from New Year's Eve and won't want two 24-hour nights in a row.
