Topic: Bledner rigging help

So ive been getting into blender with lego and was wondering how to professionally rig it
Not just rig it to where the joints work like a regular minifg but like the lego commercials or like this guys

Re: Bledner rigging help

Oh my gosh that was amazing. Seriously that's the best render of a minifigure I have ever seen in my life.

Ohhh... I just clicked the link never really read it. mini/XD I'm stupid.

Re: Bledner rigging help

Unfortunately, there aren't really any tutorials specifically for rigging a mini-figure, but that's not too much of a problem, really. Here are a couple rigging tutorials. I haven't looked at them, but they should get you going in the right direction. However, make sure you have a good mini-figure model first; a mini-figure straight out of LDraw is not going to work well at all without some heavy modification

Can't remember who told me about this

Re: Bledner rigging help

roRyL, I believe he's looking for help on rigging a bendable mini-figure; the ones you linked to are rigged, yes, but are still completely rigid.

Re: Bledner rigging help

Oh... sorry, I only actually looked over those tutorials today and was disappointed when the minifig was as stiff as a board
