Also, I voted for Robota.
I voted The Franky Job. Sure Robota is a great technical achievement but I love The Franky Job more. There's more to it in regards to the themes. I love it's oddness too it pulls it off really well.

Shame, I like The Franky Job a lot but Robota is kinda my all-time favorite brickfilm.

Definitely Robota. That film is EPIC!
Franky Job's great and all, but when I found out about Robota I checked it out and was really blown away. Franky Job had a great feeling but it wasn't as jawdropping as Robota. Robota also maintains a great story at the same time.
First time to watch either of them, and Robota is definitely the one I liked best, pretty awesome stuff.

This is so freaky. I was just thinking of the original cagematch threads the other day. Awesome to see this started up again. 
Anyway, I voted for Robota, though I kinda wished I had voted for the underdog, especially since The Franky Job is such an awesome underdog. My initial knee-jerk reaction, of course, was to vote for Robota. In my mind, few if any brickfilms equal it, whilst none surpass it. It is the very first brickfilm I would show an outsider in order that they might get an idea of what the medium is capable of.
I kinda started at the top, I should have done Unrenewable and The Franky Job as they both are sci-fi detective sort of films. But peer pressure in chat made me choose Robota, it'll be interesting to see if anything will knock Robota out next round (not that it's won yet!)
The Franky Job is awesome, but Robota wins. I take 'feel good with lots of heart' over 'thought provoking abstract'. I dont look at Robota as an achievement, but as a great short story that reminds me of an old Aardman short. Its one of those few Brickfilms that makes me forget I'm watching Lego.
I would have chosen 'The Franky Job' over 'Unrenewable' though.

Yes, but Robota took three years, so obviously it's going to be something exceptional.
