My favorite villain is the Riddler. Apparently they're getting this dude to play him in Batman III. This guy's like, my favorite actor.
And if pulled off correctly this could be the best riddler. For all you Non-Canadians, guess who's gonna be at Fan Expo? ADAM WEST AND BURT WARD.

I hope they'll do the riddler, but it will probably be Black Mask. Goyer already expressed his enthousiasm for the villain. He also fits in the universe Nolan created, so my guesses are on him.
Well, I've requested The Dark Knight Returns from the library as part of a push I've been making to read the graphic novels I keep putting off reading, as it's gotten all that critical acclaim and whatnot.
Interestingly, Frank Miller's (far later) All Stars series is supposed to be pretty bad or something? I guess he went over the edge of his grit standard.
I'm the toher way, Infurno.
I'd like to see Black Mask, but Riddler is the more logical choice..

Pretty great- I wouldn't say the best graphic novel I've ever read by any means, but still highly enjoyable, and I'll be mulling over it for some time. The whole cold-war backdrop was nice, and using Superman as an allegory for unrestricted nationalism was fitting, and at the same time not unchecked- he was an ideal, yet also a fully fleshed character with his own reasoning for what he was doing. His bit was definitely my favorite part of the comic. That's not to say the other parts were lacking in substance though, each book was very obviously designed toward showing us another aspect of Batman's personality, or even just the atmosphere of Gotham that shaped who he is. I would recommend the book, for sure. It's a lot more complex than you would expect; Miller is no holds with his opinion, so it will be direct in some parts, but there's more there than meets the eye. It's got a lot to dig through.

THOSE TWO ARE THE GREATEST PEOPLE TO HAVE EVER EXISTED IN THE UNIVERSE!!! KNEEL BEFORE YOUR MASTERS!!!
I only really like Burt Ward because of his 'Holy...' lines (my favourite is "HOLY HUMAN SURFBOARD") I like Adam West because he remains so serious when delivering some of the most ridiculous dialogue ever. He treats lines like "we must make our exit...but.....inconspicuously......OUT OF THE WINDOW!" like he's reading Shakespeare, and his voice is just perfect - although it wouldn't have fitted the later incarnations of Batman at all.
Yeah, I would assume The Black Mask would be the next villain. The Riddlers a good choice, but I've always thought the Riddler was too much like the Joker. Maybe if they make a 4th movie, but it would be kinda wrong to have the Riddler right after the Joker.

It's so true! My favourite scenes in the pilot movie are when the shark grabs onto Batman's leg and he yells: "Robin!...HAND ME DOWN THE SHARK REPELLENT...BAT SPRAY!!" And he keeps hitting the shark but it sounds like he's hitting a cardboard box. Also, when they find out that Catwoman is part of the quadruple axis of evil, Batman says: "Our...old, arch enemy...CAT..WOMUHN." It's so funny! Again, I have another epic scene, when they're magnetized to the bouy and the batterys run out on his sonic battery reverser-thingy, "The BATTERYS ARE DEAD!" That is all. Well, actually there's tons of awesomesauce in the film and TV series, it's just those are my favourite parts.

It's wierd, this awesome DVD is £9.99 for us British, but $20.99 for americans...
Is this just the exchange rate? Because even with that, it still seems a lot..

Yeah. My sister has it. It's epic.
I saw it today, and was soo tempted to buy it...
But if I had done that, I'd have no money left to get home.
