IMO there are more than enough emoticons in the list already, I really think that any more would become excessive and easy to abuse quickly.
Those are my thoughts, Sméagol.
I can see the need for a few premade emoticons, but where's the fun in that? I say, if you want emoticons, make 'em out of text! For example:

Premade emoticons are nice since you don't have to have an explanation telling you what they are.
Gotta admit, I don't think I ever would have figured out "Winking Artist," "Happy guy throwing confetti," or "Laughing Pirate" without the labels.

I hate to spoil your fun guys, but could you start a new thread for all the text based emotes you're playing with? They're not really part of this topic. 
I think that the list is almost complete, it just needs ontopic and offtopic emotes.
Now lets focus on something else, like how to get Schlaeps to make these great emotions part of the site. With your permission Sean, everybody should use them by linking to the images, instead of using the old Blunty ones. (like so 
)
If you use the new ones now, then you just look a bit weird, TBH.
