Topic: Walk On Tile
Hey All
I'm just wondering about animating minifigs on tile floors. Is clay the only option?
What about some kinda masking rig?

Well, I recommend using small amounts of sticky-tac to stick your figs to the tile.
You can see the sticky-tac in MindGame's "Stranger than Fishin'" is several scenes.
The best option is what others have said, sticky-tac. But I've tried walk cycle on tile, and I've managed to do it pretty well without any assistance. I do have the clip anymore, but I'll try posting one in a day or so.
I guess sticky tac + masking would work.
I'm playing with the idea of rigging something to the back of the minifig that guides him and moving the legs accordingly, and masking.
I use tiny bits of Elmer's tack on the minifig's feet. It really helps. I'l be uploading a vid to show you.
That link goes to a URL that reads "Here it is!".
