It depends on how your lighting looks. Usually, I make sure my gain is all the way down (no grain) or very low at least, with an exposure time of about 1/50 or 1/60 (requires lots of light, but won't flicker). I leave the brightness, contrast and colour intensity settings on what they were before (except sometimes fiddling with the colour intensity), and set my white balance so that the colours look natural and not too yellow. I also focus so that whatever needs to be in focus is in focus. I turn the anti-flicker off. I never touch the RightLight settings - they are all the way to the left except for Low Light Boost (though I'm not sure this is right).
Your webcam setting aren't an exact science - there is no "this is how it should be and you should always stick to it". Every time you set up a shot, you will want to optimize your settings until things look just like you want them to look. In the end you'll just have to learn it as you go and gain experience along the way. We can't help you with that.
