Double post, just so that it will come up that I posted something!

For some reason I have no white balance bar to control. I'll have to look into it. Also, the C910 doesn't seem to be compatible with HeliumFrog. One plus that I've found is that the auto-focus works at close range! ![]()
No, although my sister might get one for college soon.
Do you (or any of your family) have a Mac? It'd be great to see some compatibility tests.
I researched on the website, and reviews on youtube, and it wont work on the mac, it can connect but the settings will be unavailable for changing... Good thing i have windows 7 on my mac XP
That looks fantastic. Any chance of a sample full HD 1080p shot?
Not within the next week. I'm leaving on a missions trip to NYC today at 1:00PM Eastern Time. But I will try to do it soon! Here's a quick test I did, but it's not in full 1080p, mostly because if I did it in MonkeyJam at 1080p, the capture window is larger than my computer screen, which is a nuisance.

I have a Mac, and I'll be getting this rather soon, I'll take some snaps for ya' ![]()
Urgh! Unfortunately I can't afford to dish out another $99 since I'm saving for after effects. ![]()
Sorry. But I am still with the QuickCam pro 9000. Yes they both do HD. But is it worth paying much more money, for a webcam that is pretty much the same quality as the QuickCam pro 9000 ![]()
Storm, the new one technically has much better quality. What we'd like to do is test that to see if it IS worth upgrading (which I think it would be)
I have to say, no matter how much HD webcams logitech bring out. The quickcam pro 9000, will always be the the best ![]()

You obviously have no comprehension of how technology works.
EDIT: NVM
The QCP9K is a 2MP native sensor 8MP software enhanced the C910 is a 10MP software enhanced.

So im gonna get birthday monney soon so i need to know right now:
the 9000, OR, the C910
I wanna know overall what camera to get from people that have the C910 and/or the 9000!
i need to know fast sooooo yea
It should be early August, Simpson.
NF, my advice would be to be patient and wait a week or two until someone has had a chance to do a proper comparison.
I just brought a 9000, but for £50 with the new software... I'll stick with it, I mean, it's not like the quality is going to get worse, and in UniLego's picture, well in that it just has a better resolution...
And this shows how many people who visit this site have a 1920 X 1080 or larger monitor:

7.11% of this of people visiting.
BTW, this is taken from this thread.
