The devil and Daniel Johnston
A documentary about the greatest living artist on this planet. His pain, love, art and music. Impressive and worth watching.

Creature From The Black Lagoon

Wont really stick in my head, but the love dance scene has some really nice underwater shots.

Back To The Future I
I laughed, alot. Especially when my friend who was sitting next to me (I was at Boy-Scout Camp.) says "This is a Boy-Scout Camp nobody here has heard a curse word before!" I think he may have worded that differently though... It was funny at that part where he goes back to the future and the doctor guy is yelling "YES!!!". Now do not read this spoiler if you are under 13 or something like that mini/tongue, then my friend said

Spoiler (click to read)

To the guy yelling YES!!! "Time for a victory MasterBation!" (I think I spelled that right mini/lol)

The Spirit
Pretty good, but REALLY campy. I liked the style of cinematography though.

The Rainmaker

Loved it. Francis Ford Coppola is an amazing director, the acting and lighting in this film are awesome.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

Franco Zeffirelli's Romeo and Juliet

A well-directed and well-acted adaptation of the play.

In Bruges

Watching it again, I'm amazed at how self-contained much of the humor is in the film. Practically everything that appears on screen or that is talked about has some sort of significance later on in the film (the 4.90 Euros in Ken's pocket, the karate discussions, etc.).

La Vie en Rose

Marion Cotillard is absolutely stunning as Edith Piaf. She completely disappears into the role, it's as if Piaf's very soul inhabited her specially for the part. The film itself was also good, if not pretty consistently downtrodden, and the narrative style of hopping back and forth between various periods in Piaf's life got a little frustrating.

Question about INCEPTION:

Spoiler (click to read)

When the van falls off the bridge in level 1, they experience zero gravity in level 2. However, they do not experience zero gravity in level 3. Why is this? You would think that because they are experiencing zero gravity while they sleep in level 2, it would affect level 3.
What's up with that?

Spoiler (click to read)

It did effect level 3, when the van fell of the bridge, that's when the avalanche started. So the van falling of the birdge caused the avalanche. That's what I assume anyways.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

Find Neverland Jonny Depp plays an eccentric and a tad crazy scottsman who writes plays and with the help of some young boys, he creates the play Neverland.
Someone should make a thread devoted to debating on which is the worst movie ever made.  That would be EXTREMELY interesting. mini/bigsmile
