Topic: VMware problem (windows 7)

I Use VMware to use windows 7 on my mac desktop, but when i start windows, THIS happens

If I click on Start Windows Normally, it go's back to the beginning, if i click launch startup repair this happens

THEN THIS

THEN it turns off and moves back to this

I dont know what to do, i want to start using logitech cameras and edit on mac, please help!

but if i fix this problem i can have both in one comp, i only need it for animating, so i dont wanna buy an entire PC just for that.

Is that VMware or is it bootcamp? Well, you might have to ask around on some mac forums.
